The gay scenes

The Berlin gay scene is quite diverse and somewhat spread around the different city districts. In the main gay districts, Kreuzberg, Schöneberg, Mitte, Friedrichshain & Prenzlauer Berg, you'll find many gay bars, clubs and sauna's to fill your night (and early mornings) with.

The scene in Berlin is a strong one with a lot of variety; everyone will find something for his taste. The more traditional gay male scene is at Nollendorfplatz . Kreuzberg is a liberal, open-minded part of town, where gay life is most connected with the neighbourhood. Friedrichshain and Prenzlauer Berg are part of a newer scene in the east which is quite in development.

Part of Prenzlauer Berg has already developed into a trendy scene which is in sharp contrast to the more alternative parts.
