Where to stay?

Berlin is united but still lots of differences between east and west parts. Also the gay scene is quite different.

Berlin has a very good underground transport system. The metro operates 24 hours a day. So weather you stay in the east or in the west you can always get back at night. Taxis are not expensive either.

For us the best area to stay was Schöneberg.
